Case Study - Colonnade Florist

We developed the new Colonnade Florist website, and launched it in April 2015. The key objectives for their website were to:

  • Drive more sales directly through the website
  • Increase the value of sales by selling more ‘luxury’ items
  • Fit their new brand of being more professional but maintaining the fun and vibrant environment of the shop
  • Drive wedding and funeral flower sales

The new website we developed has been hugely successful, with Colonnade Florist more than doubling online sales since we launched the new website, and enjoying more enquiries for events such as weddings and funerals.

We are particularly pleased that the website looks modern and professional, but still maintains the noticeable lively feel you get when you walk into the shop. The average sale price has also increased dramatically with more and more luxury items being sold.

The website has proved a huge success, and it continues to grow and evolve, with Colonnade Florist being especially pleased with the level of support we have given them and their website since it went live. We’re looking forward to continuing to support the website for years to come.
